ORMOND BEACH MAN, 23, CHARGED WITH POSSESSING CHILD PORNORGRAPHY

A 23-year-old Ormond Beach man was arrested early Friday on 15 counts of possessing child pornography, and Volusia County sheriff’s detectives are asking anyone who may have been a victim to call the VCSO’s Child Exploitation Unit.

Kevin Stutts of 1198 Avenue E, was taken into custody this morning after investigators executed a search warrant at his residence.  Detectives received an online tip about him from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

During the investigation of Stutts’ electronic devices, detectives recovered multiple images and videos of children, ages under 16 years old to infants, depicted in sexual situations. Some of the images also showed an unidentified adult male’s genitalia in sexually explicit positions with children. Some children were shown in bondage.

Detectives are working to identify any child victims in Stutts’ photos and videos, and are asking for the public’s help. Please contact us if you have information that may bring justice for these victims by calling the Sheriff’s Office’s Child Exploitation Unit at (386) 254-1537.
