Video: Student Charged In Hoax Report Of School Shooting; Mom's Boyfriend Also Arrested

Another student has been charged with making a false report of a school shooting.

Gavinn Carter, 11, submitted a FortifyFL tip threatening a shooting at Silver Sands Middle School.

His mother (Hannah Ligare)'s boyfriend, 27-year-old Christopher Cord-Robertson, was also arrested for obstructing Daytona Beach police officers.
