VCSO SEARCHING FOR MISSING OSTEEN WOMAN 

Volusia County sheriff’s deputies are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing, possibly endangered Osteen woman who has exhibited suicidal behavior.

Matria Elizabeth Hardy, 66, of Pine Drive in Osteen, was seen swallowing pills with alcohol around 9:15 p.m. Monday. She had several other pills that were taken from her before she left toward S.R. 415 in her silver 2005 Toyota Tacoma crew cab pickup with Florida tag CAC5.

Hardy has family in Sorrento, but her direction of travel was unknown. Anyone who sees her or her vehicle or has information about her whereabouts is asked to call 911.
