VCSO NEEDS PUBLIC’S HELP TO IDENTIFY BANK ROBBERY SUSPECT
Strong Arm Robbery at Fifth Third Bank in Deltona

Volusia County sheriff’s detectives need the public’s help to identify a man who robbed a Fifth Third Bank at 2730 Elkcam Blvd., just before 5 p.m. Tuesday in Deltona.

A white male in his early 40s, about 5 feet 7 inches tall, wearing glasses and a blue shirt and blue shorts with a white hat, showed a teller a note demanding money and got away with an undetermined amount of cash. The man immediately fled and was last seen walking toward a strip mall behind the bank. But the suspect could not be located.

Anyone who knows or may have seen this suspect or the vehicle he exited in is asked to call the Sheriff’s District 4 office at 386-860-7030 or call Crime Stoppers at 1-888-277-8477 (TIPS). You can remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward.
