VOLUSIA RESIDENTS: The Citizens Information Center (CIC) hotline number is 866-345-0345. The CIC will be partially activated Thursday (Aug. 29) and Friday (Aug. 30) from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Full, 24/7 activation will begin Saturday (Aug. 31) until further notice.
