Montila is captured on video committing the stabbing and also would later confess to the act when confronted by detectives.  She was charged with two counts of Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon and booked into the Volusia Regional Juvenile Detention Center. The 15 year old remains hospitalized and is expected to survive.

Detectives are continuing to investigate this incident as more individuals are likely to face charges for their roles.
