UPDATE: A missing Seville man considered endangered was located safely this afternoon and has been taken into protective custody. He was reported missing earlier today.

VOLUSIA DEPUTIES SEEKING MISSING ENDANGERED SEVILLE MAN

Male Subject, 28, Has Threatened Self-Harm and is Armed

Sheriff’s deputies are on the lookout for an armed missing, endangered man and has threatened to harm himself and we need the public’s help to locate him.

Santiago Andres, age 28, of Seville contacted a family member shortly before 2 a.m. today and was upset about relationship issues. He is described as Hispanic, 5’8” to 5’10” tall, weighing 200-210 pounds. He is driving a white 2001 Chevrolet pickup with Florida tag 9855VG.

Andres was last seen leaving the Lions Club in Pierson and was reportedly headed to Barberville.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to call 911.
