KENTUCKY FUGITIVE WANTED FOR ARMED ROBBERY CAUGHT HIDING IN DELTONA

Drone and body camera video footage of this afternoon’s arrest of a fugitive wanted for armed robbery in Louisville, Ky., is available on our Facebook and YouTube pages:

The suspect arrested in this video is Keith D. Neal, 19 (DOB 9/28/2000), who is being held without bond at the Volusia County Branch Jail. The arrest took place under the bike path at Green Springs Park in Deltona, where Neal was hiding in a culvert. A second suspect was arrested a short time earlier in Daytona Beach by Volusia County Beach Safety; that suspect’s name is Daiveion C. Wells, also 19 (DOB 4/16/2000). These arrests were a result of cooperation between the Sheriff’s Office and local law enforcement agencies, the Louisville Metropolitan Police Department, Florida Highway Patrol and U.S. Marshals Task Force, along with the use of technology and personnel at the Volusia County Crime Center.
