VIDEO: Volusia Sheriff Aerial Response Team At NSB Publix Bomb Threat

Today (2/28/2020), we assisted the New Smyrna Beach Police Department after a bomb threat was called in to Publix at 709 E. 3rd Ave. The store and nearby businesses were evacuated. Members of our Aerial Response Team were able to use a drone to check the surrounding area and clear it for our K-9 teams. Nothing suspicious was located and business resumed soon afterward.
