Cleaning Company Owner Arrested After Stealing From Customer's Home

THEFT WARNING: This owner of an Ormond Beach cleaning company has been arrested on charges of grand theft, fraud, and multiple counts of dealing in stolen property.

Catherine "Katie" Schulz, 33 (DOB 5/8/1991), owner/operator of Clean and Proper LLC, was arrested last week after a customer reported several items missing from her home.

The stolen items included jewelry totaling $18,500 in value, a pair of adidas sneakers, and medication.

A detective tracked down the stolen jewelry at a Port Orange pawn shop and obtained video footage showing Schulz pawning the items.

Schulz was arrested Jan. 29 and has since posted $10,000 bond.
