V1 befriended D1 some time ago and called in a wellbeing check on D1 several months prior, where S1 was secured under Baker Act.  Since that day, D1 has repeatedly texted V1 because he was upset about the Baker Act.  For the last few months, D1 has sent vague threats to V1 and attempted to bait V1 into a physical fight.  On numerous occasions, V1 has asked D1 to cease all communications, which D1 has not.  V1 advised he is fear for his safety and the incident has caused great emotional distress.  D1 was arrested for the applicable offense.
