T/L- 09/14 b/w 1430 hours and 1800 hours. V1 claims that she was enjoying the beach and had a bag containing her belongings. At 1430 hours, it began to rain, so instead of going back to her condo she decided to leave her bag (supposedly containing two cell phones and a bank card) unsecured under a broken stairwell that was a beach access.
V1 then said she went for a walk in the rain for a few hours. When she returned and went to retrieve the bag, V1 claims an unknown suspect had stolen her phones and the bank card (but left the bag behind). V1 could not provide any information pertaining to the phones, could not track them and said no one has used the bank card.

T/L- 07/29 to 09/01. V1 claims that an unknown suspect took some designer purses and jewelry from the location. V1 stated she waited so long to report this because it was possible the missing items could be in another one of her homes.
V1 thinks the items could have gone missing when she was having renovations done to this home. She stated that the one day she wasn't around to supervise the workers was the day one of them could have stolen everything.
None of the items could be entered into the system as missing.
