V1 located his missing boat and trailer at a residence in Port Orange. He noticed his boat missing from 1781 Taylor Rd (S1's property where he was storing it) a month ago and did not report it until now when boat/ trailer was located. S1 did not have permission to remove/sell/ or alter the boat at any time. S1 and V1 have been in constant contact about the boat. S1 gave the boat to O1 in exchange for welding work who then fixed it up and sold it to O2. Boat has since been reregistered with different numbers. Boat and trailer were towed to evidence and no contact has been made with S1.

V1 and D1 are boyfriend/girlfriend and live together at the LOI.  A verbal altercation turned physical when D1 punched V1 against his (V1's) will.  D1 was arrested for the applicable offense and taken to VCBJ.

V1, S1, and S2, allegedly got into a fight at DJJ.  V1 claimed that she (V1) did not fight back.  None of the girls had injuries consistent with being in a fight and the video of the event could not be viewed during the initial investigation.  Director Quann and the juveniles' parents were notified.  Potential charges will be pending upon receipt of the security footage.
