V1 and D1 are married and have children in common.  A verbal altercation turned physical when D1 pushed V1 out of the couple's bed, causing her to hit her head on the tile floor.  D1 was subsequently arrested for the applicable offense and taken to VCBJ.

Deputies conducted an operation to make contact with and educate individuals in reference to the Electronic Powered Bike Prohibition in the Natural Conservation Areas (No Drive Zone) between the Beach Street Approach and Amelia Avenue Approach. 

Deputies educated the contacted individuals of the prohibition and had them remove their bikes from the area. Deputies were able to gain compliance from all parties and many were unaware of the prohibition.

V1 reported he was sitting with his wife W1, under their canopy on the sand when D1, who in not known, approached them on foot. D1 began playing his guitar and acting strange at the back of their vehicle when V1 asked him to leave. D1 became irate threatening to strike V1 with his guitar. D1 raised it as if he was going to swing it before several people intervened to stop him. D1 then resisted deputies when they arrived. D1 was taken into custody without incident.
