V1 was going shopping at the Family Dollar.  As V1 was walking to the front door, an unknown black male just entered the business.  The unknown male brandished a knife and a short altercation ensued outside of the business.  Once the altercation was over, the unknown male fled the scene while leaving the knife behind.  Several units, K9, and a drone responded to the scene, but was unable to locate the male.  V1 suffered a small laceration on his arm and above his eye but denied medical treatment.  The incident was captured on video surveillance from the business.  A bulletin was created and the knife will be submitted for processing.

V1 and D1 are domestic partners.  A verbal altercation turned physical when D1 strangulated V1, removed a phone from V1's hands not allowing her to call 911 and battering her by pulling her hair.  Injuries were observed consistent with V1's statement.  D1 was taken into custody without incident and transported to jail.

V1 and D1 live together and have children in common. A verbal altercation turned physical when D1 took V1's phone from her, preventing her from calling 911. D1 also battered V1 during the incident by grabbing V1 forcefully, leaving bruising and red marks on V1. D1 was arrested for the applicable offense.

V1 is an employee at the business and an irate customer pushed over a display case, valued at $250, causing it to break and hit V1 in the head.  V1 suffered a minor laceration and denied medical treatment.  S1 fled the area prior to LEO arriving in a Black Chevy Cruz with dark tint.  Technology was checked, yielding negative results for the vehicle.  A bulletin was created and the case is active.

Sometime between 0100 hours and 0600 hours, V1's blue HIkeep K6G E-Bike, value $700 (SN: K66250822025120046) was stolen from the residence.  V1 observed S1 riding by on the stolen E-Bike, confronted him and got the E-Bike back.  As of this writing, there is no video surveillance located in the area.  Case is active.
