V1 and S1 are in a domestic relationship. V1 and S1 were driving on W. Granada Blvd when they began arguing. The argument culminated with S1 grabbing V1's necklace which was upon her neck and yanking it off of her, breaking the clasp. Additionally, S1 smacked V1 upon her torso numerous times. The battery was witnessed by their children in-common within the vehicle. S1 was unable to be contacted, as he fled back to their residence in Gainesville. Of note, when V1 and S1 arrived at their destination within the City of Ormond Beach, he battered V1 again which was investigated by Ormond Beach PD. Pass-on affidavit completed.
