Despite this, D1 has repeatedly contacted and harassed V1. V1 has received 37 text messages, 12 phone calls, and explicit images from D1. D1 has no legitimate reason to contact V1 during the active domestic violence case. D1 was charged accordingly and admitted to being instructed not to contact V1.
