D1 is a neighbor who resides across the street from V1 and V2. D1 was intoxicated and entered the property to yell at V1 for an unknown reason. As D1 approached V1, D1 grabbed a tree branch and poked/ struck V1 multiple times. This incident was captured by V1 when he recorded the incident with his phone. As D1 separated from V1, he walked to the driveway of the residence and entered the garage of the residence through the open garage door. D1 stole a bicycle from within the garage, walked into the roadway, and threw the bicycle back into the front yard which resulted in the bicycle sustaining damage. V2 who is the homeowner was inside the residence at the time of the incident and was not harmed. V2 captured the additional incident via home surveillance cameras. D1 was placed under arrest and charged accordingly.

D1 returned home intoxicated after playing golf. D1 was upset with V1 due to selling 2 chairs and head butt her in the nose. D1 was uncooperative and resisted deputies when being placed under arrest. D1 was eventually secured, charged accordingly, and later transported to VCBJ.

D1 is V1's stepson and they live together as a family unit. D1 is under the legal drinking age. V1 confronted D1 about drinking alcoholic beverages in the residence. The verbal altercation escalated to a physical altercation and it was determined D1 was the primary aggressor due to the injuries to V1. V1 sustained superficial scratches to his back for which he refused medical treatment. D1 was transported to VCBJ.
