V1 and D1 are biological brothers who have lived together as a single-family unit in the past.  V1, W1, W2, and D1, were cleaning out the shed in the back yard when V1 was trying to get the lawn mower out of the shed.  V1 pushed around some of W2's items to get the the mower which angered D1.  D1 went into the shed and grabbed the mower and threw it at V1 who had minor injuries consistent with V1's statement.  W1 and W2 both witnessed the incident; however, their stories differed.  Based on the physical injuries D1 was charged accordingly.

Deputies responded to Ed's Small Engine Repair in reference to a vandalism complaint. Video surveillance shows S1 climbing over a fence behind the business, damage a lawn mower, then leaves the area with a metal pipe in hand. A neighborhood canvass revealed S1 left Ed's Small Engine Repair and went to a local gas station in the same area, wearing the same clothes, and holding the same metal pipe. OCPD arrived and eventually Marchman Act which provided deputies with his information. Video surveillance from the gas station will be available at some point. Deputies submitted items to be processed for fingerprints by CSU and are continuing the investigation.
