T/L- 04/19/2026.  V1 used his credit card at the LOI (which is a Burger King) to pay for some food.  Unfortunately, V1 forgot to remove his credit card from the processing machine and left it (the credit card) behind.  This resulted in a scoundrelly figure (S1) using V1's misfortune to their (S1's) own advantage by taking V1's credit card with the possible intent to use it for their own personal gain.  V1 advised two (2) unauthorized purchases were subsequently made using the credit card at Target and Wal-Mart (both in Orange City).  While there is a lead reference to who stole the credit card (S1) from the LOI, it is unknown if that person was also responsible for the frauds which occurred in the city.
