V1 and D1 are cousins, residing together in the same residence. An argument in the garage escalated when V1 was pushed to the ground by D1. V1 suffered a wrist injury as a result of the fall. The altercation was witnessed by others who corroborated V1's account. D1 had a prior conviction for battery and was charged accordingly. A Lethality Assessment was completed and was determined to be in a potentially lethal situation based on score.

V1 and D1 are husband and wife. During an argument while consuming alcohol, D1 grabbed V1 by the hair and dragged her along the floor in the garage. V1 sustained a contusion to her eye. This incident occurred the day prior however she did not notify law enforcement. A Lethality Assessment was completed and was determined to be in a potentially lethal situation based on score.

V1 and D1 are in a long-term dating relationship and reside together as a family unit. V1 was sleeping when D1 went through his phone and found something sent to him from another woman. V1 advised an argument ensued and escalated very quickly. D1 grabbed a razor knife from the dresser and stabbed V1 in the chest. D1 then drove V1 to HCA hospital in Sanford and dropped him off for treatment. Deputies obtained consent for the defendant's vehicle and located the razor knife. D1 was arrested for Aggravated Battery with a deadly weapon and False report to law enforcement.
