V1 and D1 were involved in an argument related to accusations of infidelity. The incident became physical when D1 punched and pushed V1 out of anger. All necessary DV paperwork was completed and digital photographs were collected. D1 was arrested and transported to jail. Case Status: CBA.

D1 armed himself with a handgun during a verbal altercation with V1 who fled the scene and called 911. V1 stated he was never in fear and D1 never pointed the firearm at him. V1 does not want to pursue. D1 left the residence before deputies arrived on scene. D1 was found to have an active 20 year-old DV protection order out of Florida that states he is not allowed to possess firearms. The order was last validated in May of 2026. D1 returned back home and was arrested then transported to jail. Case Status: CBA.

It should be noted, District 3 North took the initial report for this incident from the victim who is currently incarcerated at the Volusia County Branch Jail.

V1 reported he was arrested Aug of 2025 and turned his property over to S1 at time of arrest. S1 gained access to V1's multiple bank accounts, credit cards, and child support account without V1's permission. V1 stated he is now at a loss of roughly 30k.

**Update**

S1 was determined to be in fact her husband who contacted law enforcement advising he heard a report was made about a tracking device being located on V1's car. Digital communication between V1 and S1 after the fact confirmed his admission. Attempts to make contact with S1 was unsuccessful. Additional follow up will be made to contact S1 and effect an arrest. ***

V1 located a tracking device under the rear bumper of her vehicle. At the time of the report, she had no suspect to suggest being responsible for the placement. She and her husband are currently separated but were not planning on divorcing. She does not believe he is responsible at this time. Vehicle was processed which yielded several possible latent prints. The tracking device did not reveal any owner information when powered on.

V1 and S1 have been engaged to be married; however, the relationship has come to an end just two weeks before the wedding ceremony. Since ending the relationship, S1 has been contacting V1 even after she has told S1 to cease all contact with her. After blocking S1's phone number, S1 began reaching out via E-Mail, and even Venmo to leave comments after sending V1 unsolicited money. At this time, S1 has not been located, and a pass-along affidavit was completed.
