V1 and D1 are married, share children in common, and live in the same dwelling as a family unit. D1 became upset with V1 after their daughter had an accident in their bed. D1 armed herself with a knife, pointed it at V1, and chased him around the residence while saying she was going to kill V1. V1 advised he was in fear for his safety during the incident which was recorded on V1's cell phone. V1 hid in a closet from D1 and text 911 for assistance. V1 was not injured during the incident. The cell phone video was reviewed and collected for evidence along with photographs of V1. D1 admitted to the allegations. D1 was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and transported to the jail.  Deputies responded to 143 Angeles Road in reference to a disturbance and while responding, deputies were notified of an individual brandishing a firearm while engaged in an altercation. At some point prior to deputies' arrival, a shot was fired which was later determined to be into the ground and no one was injured. 
 
Multiple witnesses and victims involved all reported the defendant came to the house and immediately started a verbal argument that continued to escalate. The defendant began waving the firearm around in the direction of several people before firing a "warning" shot into the ground. After obtaining all involved testimonies, deputies arrested the defendant without incident. A Risk Protection Order was filed as well.
