S1 and V1 live together in a romantic relationship. Over the past several days, S1 battered V1 by punching her and pinning her down. V1 contacted the deputies outside the residence. S1 was likely inside the residence; however, he would not exit or respond to attempts to contact him. V1 did not require medical treatment and refused services. A pass-on charging affidavit was completed and will continue to be attempted. S1 is also a suspect in a stolen trailer out of Sanford that was recovered in a parking area in the mobile home park (260017875). Information was relayed to the Sanford Police Department.

V1 (66yo), V2 (13yo), and D1 are all related by blood and live together as a single-family unit. D1 was in a fit of rage over her son V2's language.  V1 attempted to keep D1 from destroying V2's property when D1 grabbed V1's arm and scratched her causing her to bleed.  Immediately after, D1 went to V2's bedroom and struck him in the back leaving a handprint mark and a visible bruise.  Upon Deputies arrival, a physical altercation took place between D1 and Deputies.  V1 was treated on scene for her injuries.  D1 was charged accordingly and was transported to the branch jail.

Jose was contacted and placed under arrest for the above mentioned charges. During the course of the investigation, it was determined Jose was in the country illegally from Cuba. Deputies contacted HSI who advised they would not be placing a detainer on Jose due to Cuba's lack of cooperation in the deportation process.
