V1 told deputies S1 became irate and began battering her. During the altercation, V1 reported S1 snatched a gold necklace (approx $1,000) off of V1's neck along with V1's purse. S1 stole cash from the purse, along with a cell phone, and fled the area. Case active.

A verbal argument ensued and escalated when D1 began battering V1. D1 continued to strike V1 in the face with a closed fist, which was overheard by a witness on the telephone. Deputies arrived on scene and placed D1 under arrest after a brief altercation with deputies.

V1 was using the restroom during a verbal altercation with D1. D1 didn't appreciate V1 closed the restroom door and decided to force entry utilizing a fork. As V1 exited the restroom, the argument continued which led to D1 "snatching" V1's phone ultimately leading to a physical altercation.

**DV / CBA**

V1 and D1 had been arguing over politics while at a family member's residence for the holidays. The argument continued when they arrived home. While V1 was using the restroom, as well as livestreaming, D1 entered the bathroom and kicked V1 in the lower back causing him to fall. Based on the video evidence and statements made by D1, she was placed under arrest for DV Battery.
