D1 was taken into custody for domestic violence battery, and an on-view violation of probation was completed. V1 completed a domestic violence lethality assessment. D1 was transported to the VFRC for processing.

D1 fled the residence prior to LEO arrival, however, returned during the investigation. D1 denied battering V1. D1 was arrested for simple battery-DV and resisting w/o violence.
