V1 who is the biological mother to D1 has been having issues with D1 being disobedient/ rude. This morning when V1 attempted to remove D1 from the couch because he was not listening, D1 pushed V1. D1 confessed to the incident and was placed under arrest for Simple Battery (DV). V1 completed a Domestic Violence Lethality Assessment form where it was determined she was not in a potential lethal situation.

V1 and D1 were arguing over family issues when V1 made a statement that really upset D1. D1 pulled over, reached over D1 to open his door, and attempted to push him out of the vehicle multiple times. D1 confessed to the incident and was placed under arrest for Simple Battery (DV). V1 completed a domestic violence lethality assessment form which indicated he was in a potential lethal situation.

D1 was arrested for DV-battery on a person 65 or older. A DV lethality assessment was completed and V1 was advised she was a potentially lethal situation.

O1 and S1 are hired in home caregivers for V1. On 07/17/2026, O1 was relieved by S1 at approximately 1600 hours. O1 advised when she returned to V1's residence on 07/21/2026 she noticed V1's lockbox containing her valuables to include: a credit card, social security card, awards, collector's coins, and $50 cash, was missing. O1 and O2 (supervisor) believe S1 stole the valuables.

V1 and D1 are in a romantic relationship which has lasted over one year.  V1 and D1 were in a verbal argument where V1 decided she wished to leave.  V1 attempted to leave and D1 blocked the door preventing V1 from leaving.  D1 continually blocked V1 from reaching the door handle; however, after a brief pause D1 eventually allowed V1 to leave.  Once in the driveway D1 still tried to prevent V1 from leaving by standing in front of the vehicle making it difficult for V1 to leave.  D1 was charged accordingly and transported to the branch jail.
