V1 and D1 were boyfriend and girlfriend that was intimate in nature. An argument over a deleted song playlist turned physical when D1 struck V1 in the face with a hairbrush causing a visible bruise. V1 is a juvenile and D1 is an adult. D1 was charged accordingly. A lethality assessment was completed which indicated V1 was possibly in a lethal situation based on score. Director Quann was notified due to V1's age.

V1 was visiting Florida from out of state. He became involved in a family argument and made suicidal statements while driving. V1 dropped off family members at Burger King in DeBary and left. Contact was made with him via phone and he refused to meet with deputies or provide his location or direction of travel. Pings of his phone were activated. Watch Commander notified.
