After receiving a follow-up call from someone posing as Apple, V1 shared her screen during a FaceTime call and unknowingly provided access to her bank information. V1's daughter, who monitors the account, alerted her of the two pending wire transfers totaling $15,000, at which point V1 realized she had been scammed.
