D1 then pulled V1 by his shirt and dragged him from the establishment. The incident was captured on video. D1 admitted to pulling V1's hair, was arrested, and charged accordingly.

V1 sustained a small laceration to her arm and declined medical treatment. Deputies reviewed video that captured a portion of the incident. D1 was also found to be in violation of pretrial release conditions prohibiting contact with V1. D1 was arrested and charged accordingly.

Deputies observed scratches to V1's neck, facial redness, and evidence that his nose had been bleeding. D1 corroborated the altercation, was arrested, and charged accordingly.
