W1 invited S1 over to stay the night. During the afternoon on July 20, 2026, V1 and W1 were watching TV. S1 confronted V1 about the volume to which V1 refused to lower. S1 hit the TV multiple times with a TV remote damaging the screen. S1 subsequently left the property on foot. V1 completed a sworn written statement advising he wanted to pursue charges. W1 also observed S1 damage the TV but declined to provide a written statement. Digital photographs of the damaged TV were collected and uploaded. S1 was unable to be located during the initial investigation. Case Status: Active.

V1 reported he discovered he has been scammed out of approximately $350,000 to $400,000 between August 2023 and September 2024. V1 believed he was contributing his money into an investment opportunity. V1 initially sent $100,000 via wire transfer to be invested. In July 2024, V1 wanted to withdraw the return from this investment and was instructed to send $50,000 to begin the process and then an additional $15,000. V1 advised he never received any return from his invested money. V1 said the money transactions were completed by wire transfers from his banking institution and from his Coinbase account. V1 completed a sworn written statement advising he wanted to pursue criminal charges. Digital images of V1's money transfers and bank statements were collected and uploaded. Case Status: Active.

V1 reported she began communicating with S1 on Snapchat on separate occasions, and S1 offered to pay all of V1's bills. S1 asked questions about V1's financial institution and sent her a digital check in the amount of $500 which she deposited into her account. V1 received a text message from an unknown phone number instructing her to return the money. V1 subsequently received multiple facetime calls, which she did not answer followed by multiple messages depicting torture and deceased individuals. One the messages explicitly asked V1 if she wished to die prematurely by being beheaded. V1 completed a sworn written statement advising she wished to pursue criminal charges. Several digital photographs of the text and email messages sent to V1 were collected.

R1 reported an ongoing issue with S1 and S2 failing to pay their water bill since February 2026 and cutting the lock on the meter and turning the water back on without authorization. R1 stated while conducting an inspection at the residence on July 20, 2026, R1 observed the lock to the meter to be cut off, and the water supply turned on with the lock holes bent down making them inoperable. V1 and D1 were in a verbal argument over V1 being engaged in a relationship with another female.  V1 tried to leave the residence when D1 embraced V1 with a hug against her will. After further investigation, D1 embraced V1 several more times with a hug and holding her while she was trying to walk down the hallway. V1 sustained a minor abrasion on her right arm as a result of the hug.
