V1 and D1 were in a verbal argument which turned physical when D1 pushed V1 and grabbed her necklace off which was around her neck.  D1 proceeded to kick V1 in her left leg. V1 sustained red marks and scratches around her neck and bruising on her leg.  D1 was transported to the VCBJ.
