***Active Investigation***

On 03/29/2026, at approximately 0200 hours, an unknown Black male wearing a white shirt, gym shorts, and teal sneakers approached a secured fenced in enclosure at the Walmart gas station. The suspect forced entry by breaking two fence panels, causing approximately $100 in damage, and entered the enclosure. The suspect removed a black beach cruiser style bicycle valued at approximately $50 before fleeing the area. Surveillance footage captured the incident and was submitted as evidence. A BOLO was issued for the suspect and the stolen bicycle. Attempts to recover latent fingerprints were met with negative results. Case active pending identification of the suspect.

D1 was extremely intoxicated while having a verbal altercation with his wife O1. O1 left the residence to get away from D1. V1 is D1's nephew and was attempting to mediate the situation. D1 became upset and pushed V1 in the presence of LEO. Deputy Rubin intervened and as he was speaking with D1, D1 pushed Deputy Rubin as well. D1 was arrested for simple battery, resisting w/o violence, and battery on LEO.

R1 reported that after $3,000.00 in repairs were completed on S1's vehicle, S1 paid approximately $1,500.00 with a remaining balance due of $1500.00 for services rendered. S1 paid the remaining balance utilizing a credit card; however, the card that was utilized was subsequently denied, resulting in V1 not being compensated for the completed repairs.  Further investigation revealed S1 live in the state of Ohio. Attempts to contact S1 were unsuccessful at the time of this report. Additional follow-up required.
