V1 went to the bathroom and discovered his TCL TV damaged upon his return. V1 believes S1 and S2 to be responsible due to them teasing him all day, repeatedly opening his door, and commenting about what his reaction be if they broke his TV. However, V1 never saw S1 or S2 inside his room. Both S1 and S2 denied damaging V1's TV. The group home where this occurred has video surveillance inside and will be available for review at a later date. Director Quann notified. Case status: Active
