S1, S2, S3, and S4 (believed to be juveniles) approached four separate residences and attempted to kick open the front doors. The suspects were captured on multiple security cameras throughout the neighborhood. Deputies, along with Alert-One and K9 units, responded to the area in an attempt to locate the suspects; however, the search yielded negative results. ISS and Crime Scene were notified, responded, and assumed the investigation. Director Quann was notified and provided useful information regarding the identities of the suspects. The Watch Commander was also notified. Case Status: Active

Upon returning home from work, V1 became involved in a verbal dispute with his live-in girlfriend, D1. The altercation turned physical when D1 grabbed V1's shirt and scratched the back of V1's neck. Based on the injuries observed on D1 and the statements obtained on scene, D1 was determined to be the primary aggressor and was placed under arrest. D1 was charged with felony battery due to a prior battery conviction and was transported to VCBJ for booking.
