V1 advised on 03/03/25 her and S1 were in a verbal altercation over the impending divorce. S1 entered into the room where V1 was at and began choking her, making her lose the ability to breathe. During the altercation, V1 claimed S1 went into the closet and grabbed a firearm pointing it at her, stating he was going to torture her and kill her. S1 then allegedly proceeded to sexually batter V1 and apologized for it after. CID was notified of the incident but due to the extended time lapse, a SART exam couldn't be completed. V1 also did not want to cooperate with the investigation because she didn't want S1 to get in trouble. Case is active.
