V1 and S1 got into a verbal argument in reference to their relationship. V1 stated S1 followed and a physical altercation started when S1 touched V1 on his person. During the investigation, it was determined that S1 committed a battery. A charging affidavit was completed and placed in the district IV pass along book for the oncoming shifts.

V1 advised her ex boyfriend, S1 continued to harass her even though there is a no contact order in place. D1 has sent multiple unwanted messages and written threats to V1. It should be noted, S1 was served with an injunction prohibiting contact with V1. During the investigation, it was determined that S1 committed aggravated stalking, written threat to kill, and violation of injunction. Deputies were unable to located S1. A charging affidavit was completed and placed in the district IV pass along folder for the oncoming shifts.

V1 reported unknown suspect(s) broke into his unlocked black Mitsubishi Mirage and stole a Springfield semiautomatic handgun. The incident occurred between 04/28/25 at 1800 hours and 04/29/25 at 1500 hours. Deputies completed a neighborhood canvass with negative results. This incident is believed to be related to other local car breaks in the area.
