V1 and D1, who reside together and have a child in common, were in a verbal argument. It escalated when D1 pushed V twice and threw a purse, striking V1 in the face and causing no visible injury.

W1 and W2 corroborated this account. D1 had locked himself in his bedroom and refused to speak with deputies. Entry was made into the bedroom and D1 was taken into custody without incident. D1 was charged accordingly.

DCF was notified due to the presence of juveniles.

V1, a juvenile, and D1, who reside together, were in a verbal altercation, during which D1 shoved V1 by her face, causing no injury. The incident was observed by W1, who stepped in between V1 and D1 to deter further violence.

V1 advised on Saturday, 1/11/25, at approximately 0000 hours, she left her Lexis in the driveway of her residence. V1 stated her boyfriend discovered the vehicle missing from the driveway at 0515 hours.

V1 advised she tracked her vehicle to an address in Orlando, and it was stationary. An Attempt to Contact was sent to Orlando PD, which responded and processed the vehicle.

Deputies responded to a stolen vehicle call at 145 Hartford St. A search of a law enforcement database revealed a silver Nissan was parked near a black Audi passenger car at a Race Trac gas station. The vehicle came back to 185 Hartford St.

Deputies responded to the residence and discovered the black Audi had a stolen tag attached to the vehicle. An FCIC/NCIC check revealed the vehicle was stolen out of Orange County.

CID and CSU were notified, and the vehicle was towed to Evidence for processing. Case status: Active.

Deputy Woodin was conducting radar on Catalina Blvd. and pulled D1's vehicle over for speeding.

D1 refused to comply with the stop and began walking away from his vehicle. Deputy Woodin ordered D1 back to the vehicle, where D1 continued to resist.

Deputy Woodin then determined to arrest D1, at which point D1 battered Deputy Woodin by swatting his hand away and began pulling away.

Due to D1's resistance, Deputy Woodin deployed his taser, after which D1 was secured and arrested without further incident. D1 was charged with Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer and Resisting an Officer with Violence.

V1 advised D1 came to the residence to pick up his little brother who was having a mental health crisis.

V1 stated she told D1 to leave and she would handle it since she's the mother and closed the door on D1. This angered D1, so he punched the front window of the house, breaking it in an attempt to enter the residence.

D1 fled the scene but was later apprehended by D6 units where he spontaneously confessed to the offense.
