V1 received a phone call from an unknown person claiming to be from the Social Security office. V1 was advised her account was compromised and needed to transfer money to S1. V1 deposited $37,500 into a Bitcoin machine and transferred to the money to S1.

V2 was driving into her neighborhood when she advised S1 stopped her and confronted her about a confrontation she had with S1's girlfriend. Sometime overnight on 09/10 to 09/11, an unknown person (S1) cut a screen to the porch to the business, V1. S1 grabbed concrete bags from within, cut them open, and dumped the contents in the grass.

S1 then pushed four large concrete bricks over, causing them to break. The bags and bricks belonged to V2.

V1, V2 and D1 were having drinks and D1 and V1 got into an argument. D1 became irate, grabbing V1 by his shirt and throwing an alcoholic beverage on him.

D1 exited the business, got into her vehicle and drove to V2's vehicle, which was unoccupied in the parking lot. D1 then fired two shots toward V2's vehicle, shattering the front passenger window with one round.

D1 then drove to her residence. Deputies responded to D1's residence and took her into custody without incident. The Watch Commander, ISS On-Call Sergeant, and District 6 chain of commander were notified of the incident.

D1 was transported to VCBJ. An RPO was completed.
