V1 was attempting to leave a situation that had the propensity to escalate due to D1 being extremely intoxicating and acting out. This infuriated D1 and when V1 attempted to get into her vehicle, D1 slammed the driver's side door onto V1's leg causing a minor injury. D1 was taken into custody without incident.

V1 and D1 are brothers and got into a physical altercation after playing in the community pool. D1 struck V1 in the chest with a closed fist in front of their mother, W1, who called 9-1-1 for assistance. No visible injuries to V1. Director Qaunn was notified. D1 was taken to the FRC for DV Battery.

Deputies located D1 sitting alongside of the business, with his cell phone plugged into an electrical socket that has a lock attached to it. Based on prior incidents, deputies were aware the store manager wants individuals arrested for the petit theft of electricity to stop the ongoing problem. After speaking with the manager again, D1 was taken into custody, and several credit cards were found in D1's backpack which did not belong to him. D1 was ultimately charged accordingly for the credit cards as well.
