While closing Valentine Park for the evening, at 2135 hours, an OCPD Officer discovered a sink was damaged in the westernmost restroom. The damage was caused by a six-inch in diameter sized rock. Deputy Adamcyzk was at the park at approximately 1930 hours and noted no damage. The cost of damage is currently unknown until Orange City Parks & Rec can be contacted during business hours. No surveillance was located in the area. Case status: Active.

V1 and D1 are intimate partners, residing together. A verbal argument became physical while V1 was recording the argument on her cell phone. The video depicted D1 being aggressive towards V1 and proceeded to swat his hand at the phone, which can be seen and heard being struck. Another video shows them arguing and D1 kicking a plastic bin at V1 which caused her to fall to the ground. D1 had a prior conviction for battery which he was charged accordingly. A lethality assessment was completed which indicated V1 was in a potential lethal situation due to score.

Blue Springs Ave. and Magnolia Ave. V1 reported leaving the scooter at 0600 hrs and discovering it missing at 0900 hrs. The scooter was valued at $700. V1 wished to pursue charges. Area check and canvass were negative. A BOLO and LeadsOnline intel bulletin were disseminated.
