**DV / Pass-On**

V1 and S1 were inside a vehicle when a verbal altercation occurred. This turned physical when S1 grabbed V1 by the hair and slammed her head against the interior car window. S1 also threw V1's cell phone down the street rendering it inoperable and proceeded to throw a landscaping brick at V1's car windshield causing damage. S1 left the scene to an address in Sanford. S1 was uncooperative when attempts were made to contact him via PX.
A pass-on affidavit was completed charging S1 with felony criminal mischief and DV battery.
