V1 and D1, who reside together as a family unit, entered into a verbal altercation that turned physical. D1 pushed V1 and then proceeded to throw V1 to the ground and began punching him multiple times. V1 was able to stop the attack and fled the scene. V2 witnessed the incident and called 911. V2 advised D1 attempted to intentionally burn her with a lite cigarette. V2 was placed in a well-founded fear based on D1's erratic and violent behavior. D1 was arrested and charged with DV Simple Battery and DV Simple Assault.

V1 and D1 are married and have a child in common. D1 confronted V1 about alleged infidelities. During the confrontation D1 became upset and struck V1 multiple times all over his body. D1 was arrested and transported to VCBJ. A DV lethality assessment was completed. This incident occurred in the presence of their teenage daughter, Director Quanna and DCF were notified. V1 has several pre-existing health issues and was transported by EMS after this incident due to difficulty breathing. V1 was later discharged from the hospital.

V1 has a child in common with S1 and have been in a relationship for approximately 8 years. V1 is also 5 months pregnant with S1's second child. V1 stated after arguing with S1 on the phone during the day, S1 arrived at V1's residence uninvited and pushed his way into the residence by putting his hand on her throat. V1 and S1 continued to argue within the residence about infidelity when S1 grabbed V1's phone from her hand and threw it under V1's bed. Deputies attempted to make contact with S1 at his residence where his vehicle was parked; however, S1 did not answer the door. S1 later called V1 and told her not to call the police. Due to S1's unwillingness to cooperate with the investigation a pass on affidavit was completed for his arrest.

V1 and D1 are sisters who live together as a single-family unit. V1 was yelling at D1 who then hit V1 with an open hand and grabbed her hair. V1 put D1 in a headlock in effort to have D1 release her hair. Once D1 let go of V1's hair the headlock was released. V1 and D1's mother witnessed the event. D1 was determined to be the primary aggressor and was charged accordingly. D1 was transferred to the VFRC.

V1 parks his black TLBP 7NR flatbed 14ft double axel trailer next to R1's residence at 416 Cypress Avenue, OC. The trailer bears a Tennessee tag (481420T) and was recently purchased by V1 for approximately $5,000.00. V1 was notified by R1 that the trailer was missing from the residence and was taken by a white pick-up truck between 1830- 1911 hours. R1's son saw the suspect hitching up the trailer and didn't think anything of it. The trailer was observed being towed by a white ford pick-up bearing FL tag (FLXP98) at approximately 1911 hours. The trailer was entered into FCIC/NCIC as stolen. V1 suspected R1's boyfriend, S1, stole the trailer or knew who did.

Deputies responded to Ace Hardware in reference to a petit theft. S1 called the store in requested an EGO Lithium Battery be placed aside for him to pick up. S1 entered the store and took the battery fled the scene. S1 arrived and left the area in a gray Audi bearing FL Tag FNU-Q57 which was located using LPR technology. At this time, the suspect has not been identified. Video surveillance and digital photos were uploaded for evidence.
