V1 and D1 were in a verbal argument over financial issues stemming from both parties being unemployed. V1 advised the argument escalated when D1 entered the garage where he is currently spending most of his time and began attacking him. V1 sustained visible scratches to his face as well as complaint of injury from being kicked in in the abdomen where he has a visible hernia. D1 denied anything physical happening, however their 17yo son was present and witnessed D1 attacking his father and destroying things inside the residence. D1 was charged accordingly. Director Quann was notified due to the children present.
