As V1 was traveling northbound on Sunset Avenue, D1 stepped in front of V1's vehicle making V1 come to a complete stop. While V1's front driver side door window was rolled down, D1 began yelling at V1 accusing him of speeding. D1 approached the driver side of the vehicle with a large metal chain, struck the rear driver side pillar and window causing significant damage. D1 then attempted to swing the large metal chain at V1 but missed due to V1 accelerating from the scene due to fear of being struck from the large metal chain. D1 was placed under arrest and charged accordingly.

D1 walked behind the bar area, which is for employees only, exposed his penis and began masturbating while staring at V1. As V1 was walking past D1 to flee to a safe area to call for help, D1 grabbed her rear. D1 was arrested for exposure of sexual organs (second offense), burglary w/a battery, and disorderly conduct on an establishment.
