***Criminal Mischief***CBA by Patrol***

The deputy conducted an extra park patrol and observed several wooden benches defaced with permanent marker. Vandalism included "Ted + Sis" and multiple robot drawings clustered nearby. Witnesses stated they saw D1 commit the criminal mischief.  Total damage was $400.00.  Deputies made contact with D1, who admitted to doing the criminal mischief.  D1 was arrested and transported to VCBJ.

D1 and V1 were in a verbal argument while in the small confines of their bathroom. During the argument, D1 pushed V1 and prevented her from leaving the bathroom. When she tried to call 9-1-1, D1 grabbed the phone, preventing her from seeking help. V1 had injuries consistent with being restrained. D1 was charged accordingly.
