T/L- 09/09 to 09/16.  The RP advised that an unknown suspect made unforced entry (unlocked one of the padlocks) into a fenced-in area which surrounded a cell phone tower.

Once inside, the suspect stole approximately 100 feet of 2-gauge wire which would easily be concealed inside a passenger car when leaving the scene.  The area is utilized by multiple companies (all of whom have the code to the locks) with unfettered access.

The scene was processed to possibly aid in the investigation.
