On July 28, 2026, V1 obtained a temporary injunction against S1, which was served on July 29, 2026. The injunction prohibited S1 from coming within 500 feet of the LOI. W1 and W2 subsequently observed S1 on the property, retrieving mail. Based on these observations, it was determined that S1 violated the injunction. Attempts to locate S1 were unsuccessful. A pass-along affidavit was completed, charging S1 with violation of the injunction. D1 was taken into custody while in court in Deland. D1 was transported to VCBJ. Supplement was completed.
