V1, who is D1's 9 year old nephew, was playing outside. D1 punched V1 and grabbed him by the throat restricting his airway. D1 then fled the scene. D1 was located at a nearby Circle K (where she was trespassed a short time before) where she admitted to the offense and was placed under arrest for child abuse, DV by strangulation, and trespassing. Director Quann was notified.

V1 and S1 were involved in a physical altercation at their residence. S1 fled the scene on foot prior to law enforcement arriving to an unknown location. Deputies searched the area for S1 however were unable to locate him.

V1 went to the residence of S1 and was going collaborate with their social media accounts. V1 and S1 are known to each other and have been intimate in the past. V1 wanted to lay down on S1's bed and fell asleep. V1 advised when she woke up, she observed S1 having sexual intercourse with her. V1 advised she told S1 to stop however he continued. V1 left the residence and went to the hospital in New Smyrna where hospital staff notified law enforcement. V1 wished to pursue criminal charges and would submit to an exam. CID was notified & responded to the hospital.
