T/L- 02/17/2026 @ 1143 hours.  V1 is a flagman, working in support of the on-ramp being built at Pioneer Trail & I-95.  While on Pioneer Trail, V1 was holding his stop paddle, halting traffic for construction equipment, when an unknown suspect (possibly driving an SUV in the Jeep family) approached his (V1's) post.  V1 instructed the vehicle to stop and the driver complied.  The vehicle then started to inch forward (slightly) and V1 yelled “Hold up!”  V1 claims that in response to this instruction, the driver of the vehicle (described as a white male with a white goatee and transitional glasses) allegedly produced a handgun and pointed it in V1's direction.  This unknown suspect supposedly stated, “Do you want to die today?”  This action put V1 in fear, so he (V1) let the vehicle pass by.  Case status: Active.
