V1 responded to a craigslist ad about a rental property at 623 Ruth St, Daytona Beach. She contacted S1 who identified herself as "Tammy Desurne" and sent her $875 dollars over multiple transactions as a deposit via Chime.  V1 called the number on the ad and spoke with a male who identified himself as "John Joe Foreman" (S2). S2 stated that his wife sent the rental application. S1 and S2 then ceased all communication with V1. The owner of the property (who resides next door) was contacted and advised that she has spoken to multiple other possible victims who arrived at 623 Ruth St for a "showing." V1 wishes to pursue charges.

V1 and D1 are brothers who reside together. V1 and D1 were in a verbal altercation which escalated when D1 shoved and then punched V1 with a closed fist several times. D1 was placed under arrest for the applicable offense.
