D1 is not happy about an issue involving property lines and began to make a scene.  V1 began lawfully recording D1 throwing a temper tantrum which fueled D1's aggression.  D1 subsequently approached V1 and grabbed her (V1) against V1's will.  D1 then elbowed a VSO deputy while being taken into custody.  No one sustained any injury and D1 was arrested for all applicable offenses.

T/L- December 2025 to March 2026.  It appears that S1, who V1 fired as an employee in July 2025 (but had V1's credit card information) has been unlawfully making purchases for his (S1's) personal use.  V1 claims to be out approximately $2,184 dollars and their (V1's) credit card company is conducting their own investigation.

S1 was highly intoxicated and repeatedly called 911 rambling incoherently to telecommunicators. Units responded to the address he provided. Upon arrival, units determined that he was in violation of a pre-trial order by being within 500 feet of V1's address at his mother's house. S1 refused to exit the property and speak with units. A pass on was completed and sent to oncoming shifts.

***DEATH INVESTIGATION***

T/L- 03/17/2026.  The decedent, who was 61 years old, was doing construction work near the LOI.  Specifically, the decedent was part of a crew that was drilling pipes into the ground.  During drilling, a piece of equipment malfunctioned, and the decedent was struck in the head.  The decedent was pronounced deceased on scene.  Eastside CID and CSU responded to aid in the investigation.  The ME took jurisdiction, OSHA was notified, and the NOK was made aware of the event.

T/L- 03/11/2026.  V1, who is 74 years old, was contacted (via telephone) by someone supposedly from PayPal to set up a business account.  This resulted in V1 being scammed out of approximately $13,500 dollars.
