Grand Theft Motor Vehicle

V1 advised that they could not recall the last time they checked on their trailer and discovered on 07-31-2026 that their 2006 Transhaul enclosed box trailer, Florida tag IV60KJ, valued at $10,000.00, was missing. Using investigative technology, a query was conducted by deputies which showed the trailer being towed by a white Dodge pickup displaying Florida tag WDX14, registered to D1. Deputies located D1, who was taken into custody on an active warrant and narcotics-related charges. W1 later reported personally observing D1 in possession of the trailer which was described in detail and provided a sworn written statement documenting the observation. D1 was charged with the grand theft of a motor vehicle. At the time of this notification, the trailer has not been located.

S1 and S1 were involved in a verbal argument which turned physical when S1 grabbed V1 by the neck and applied direct pressure causing her airway to be restricted. S1 fled the scene prior to law enforcement arriving. Deputies located S1's truck in Daytona Beach however he was not inside. Surveillance video showed S1 getting into a white truck and leaving the area. Surrounding agencies were notified about S1's charges. A pass on affidavit was completed, and efforts will be made to take him into custody.

D1 and V1 were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated when D1 shoved V1 and forcibly took her phone from her hands as she attempted to call 911. As a result of the incident, V1 suffered minor injuries. D1 was deemed to be the primary aggressor, and he was arrested for Robbery by Sudden Snatching, Obstruction, and Simpe Battery.
