T/L- 03/13/2026.  V1 is D1's biological mother, and the two (2) parties live together at the LOI.  A verbal altercation turned physical when D1 pushed V1 (who is 78 years old) against her will.  D1 then armed himself with a firearm and threatened to commit suicide.  V1 was able to leave the residence (unharmed) and D1 subsequently was taken into custody without incident.  D1 is also a convicted felon; therefore, Eastside CID responded to aid in the investigation by obtaining a search warrant for the residence.  The search warrant was executed, CSU collected the firearm, and D1 was arrested on all applicable offenses.

V1 and S1 engaged in an argument which turned physical when S1 grabbed V1 by the hair and struck her several times. V1 is the mother of S1's grandchildren and they reside together as a family. S1 fled the scene and was unable to be located.  A pass on was completed for S1.
