D1, who was a guest at the residence, was in the bathroom of the LOI for several hours. V1, W1, and W2 began knocking on the door to get him to come out. D1 exited and discharged a can of pepper spray in the faces of V1, W1, and W2. Only V1 wished to pursue charges. D1 advised that he is Schizophrenic and he was afraid his friends were going to hurt him. D1 was placed under arrest and transported to VCBJ. Narcotics were subsequently found in D1's property, and he was charged accordingly.
