T/L- 10/23/2025 @ 1418 hours.  An unknown suspect (black female wearing a red wig) entered the store and stole two (2) cans of Corona beer (approximate total value of $5).  S1 walked out of the store and told the manager, “Do what you need to do.”  The suspect then proceeded to enter into a gold Buick Enclave (with a temporary FL tag) and left the LOI.

D1 and V1 are husband and wife, living together at the LOI as a family unit.  V1 stated that while she (V1) was bent over doing something, D1 pushed her against her will.  D1 was arrested for the applicable offense and taken to VCBJ.

V1 was traveling southbound on Dixie Freeway at a high rate of speed weaving in and out of traffic. V2 was on Art Center Rd and turned southbound on Dixie Freeway. V1's motorcycle impacted the right-side driver door causing V2 to be entrapped. Bystanders began CPR on V1 however he was deceased. V2 was transported to Halifax Medical Center for minor injuries. FHP was notified and conducted their investigation.
