V1 stated she was contacted by an unknown individual(s) claiming to be interested in purchasing items from her Facebook store. V1 communicated with the subject(s) through email and phone, during which she provided sensitive account information. She later discovered unauthorized transfers from her Wells Fargo account (via CashApp) and her Centennial Bank account (via Zelle), totaling $1,251.00 USD. V1 canceled all associated cards and does not know the identity of the suspect(s).

Deputies were alerted via technology of a stolen vehicle out of Louisiana traveling westbound from Port Orange 8. Deputies, along with POPD, canvassed the area. Deputy Miller and Sergeant Bissonnette located the vehicle and followed it pending the arrival of Air One. The vehicle turned onto a dead end street, where deputies conducted a felony stop and took D1 and D2 into custody. It was later learned that D2 is a missing juvenile out of Arkansas. Post Miranda, both defendants admitted to the grand theft of the motor vehicle and were charged accordingly. Director Quann was notified.

V1 attempted to console D1 and offer words of guidance. D1 became enraged and initiated an argument with V1. During the confrontation, D1 retrieved a tire iron from his vehicle and threatened to cause bodily harm to V1. The incident was recorded on the motel's digital video surveillance system. D1 was subsequently arrested, charged accordingly, and transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail (VCBJ).

V1 and D1 are married and reside together as a family unit. The two became involved in an argument regarding relationship issues. During the dispute, D1 forcibly removed a cell phone from V1's hands. V1 did not sustain any injuries as a result of the incident. D1 was arrested and charged accordingly.

V1 responded to a craigslist ad about a rental property at 623 Ruth St, Daytona Beach. She contacted S1 who identified herself as "Tammy Desurne" and sent her $875 dollars over multiple transactions as a deposit via Chime.  V1 called the number on the ad and spoke with a male who identified himself as "John Joe Foreman" (S2). S2 stated that his wife sent the rental application. S1 and S2 then ceased all communication with V1. The owner of the property (who resides next door) was contacted and advised that she has spoken to multiple other possible victims who arrived at 623 Ruth St for a "showing." V1 wishes to pursue charges.
