T/L- Past 2 weeks.  Over the past two (2) weeks, V1 had been followed by D1 for what they (V1) thought was an unknown reason.  V1 told his parents who in turn told deputies.  Contact made with D1 (who is much older than V1) and they (D1) admitted to following V1 saying they wanted to make a new friend.  D1 was arrested for the applicable offense and Director Quann was advised of the event.

T/L- Past 3 weeks.  V1 and S1 dated for approximately four (4) years and had lived together in the past as a family unit.  V1 broke up with S1 in March 2026, and since then, S1 has continuously attempted to engage V1 in unwanted conversation through text messages and phone calls.  V1 has since moved into the LOI (which belongs to V2) and now both V1 and V2 have begun receiving unwanted communications from S1.  A pass on 707 was completed for the applicable offense and attempts to locate S1 have been met with negative results.

V1 is D1's biological daughter.  A verbal altercation turned physical when D1 punched V1 in the face against her (V1's) will.  D1 was arrested for the applicable offense and taken to VCBJ.

***E-BIKE***

T/L- 04/06/2026 @ 1710 hours.  All V1 wanted to do was ride his E-Bike (a black, APIAS, Model M2-Pro, with a light affixed to the front a cargo bag on the rear) to the LOI and get some drinks.  V1 made the mistake of leaving his E-Bike unlocked (and unattended) outside the entrance of the LOI.  While V1 was inside of the store, an unknown suspect (see below) rode up to the store on her regular bicycle.  The unknown suspect approaches the entrance and notices that V1's E-Bike is perhaps much cooler than what she (the unknown suspect) had been riding around.  The unknown suspect then briefly enters the store and scans the inside of the business (probably to see if V1 is close by).  Thinking the coast is clear, the unknown suspect mounts V1's E-Bike and rides away (heading northbound on Nova Road).  The unknown suspect was kind enough to leave behind their bicycle which patrol collected for processing.  V1 was able to provide the serial number for the E-Bike, and it was entered into the system as stolen.  Video of the event was collected and an intelligence bulletin disseminated to aid in the investigation.
