V1 advised that, between April 2026 and now, approximately $40,000 in fraudulent charges were made on their Truist Bank card to an unknown business. V1 does not have access to online banking in order to obtain the statements with further details on the transactions and is in the process of obtaining them from the bank.

V1 and D1 are a married couple. V1 stated that they were involved in a verbal argument with D1 regarding infidelity. V1 reported that they were seated in the living room, away from D1, when D1 approached and threw a cup of water into V1's face. Deputies observed that V1's face was still wet upon arrival. D1 admitted to splashing the water on V1.
