R1 located V1 outside of the Circle K sitting against a propane storage unit located on the east side of the building. V1 appeared deceased and R1 notified emergency services. Upon Fire Rescue's arrival, V1 was NC/NV. Deputies located suveillance video which depicted V1 walking on the sidewalk and appeared unsteady. V1 is seen sitting down and leaned back on the propane storage unit and remained there until R1 discovered him. No injuries or anything suspicious were located on V1. CID was notified and assumed the investigation. COC was notified.
