V1 and D1 are juvenile siblings and were involved in a physical altercation. D1 struck V1 several times and threw a metal level at him which nearly missed him. D1 was deemed to be the primary aggressor and was arrested. D1 was transported to the FRC.

V1 reported that authorized reelection campaign signs displayed at the Oak Hill Flea Market were removed and vandalized. V1 also noted that the wooden frames supporting the signs were missing. Contact was made with the property owner (O1), who, due to symptoms consistent with early-onset Alzheimer's, was unable to recall whether he granted permission for the signs to be displayed or removed. V1 expressed a desire to pursue criminal charges. This case requires continued follow-up by patrol.
