V1 and D1 were involved in a verbal altercation over V1 dropping a lit cigarette in their trailer. V1 went to walk past D1 at which point he grabbed her by the arm and squeezed it. V1 had a fresh bruise on her arm which was consistent with being grabbed. D1 was subsequently arrested for and transported to VCBJ.

V1 and D1 were discussing relationship issues when D1 was triggered due her PTSD and struck V1. V1 suffered a scratch on his ear which was bleeding. D1 had dried blood on her hand which she claimed she received while gardening. V1 would only provide a verbal statement and refused all sign or receive any further information about domestic violence. D1 was arrested for DV and was transported to VCBJ.

***CST made contact with one undocumented immigrant, who was taken into custody and a detainer was placed.*** 

CST continued working narcotics complaints in the city of Oak Hill. CST spoke with several community members regarding the complaints and of other ongoing investigations. CST conducted six subject stops, three traffic stops, and conducted surveillance during identified target times. CST made the following arrests in D3S:

260013632- Moises Hernandez-Santiago, H/M, 10/17/1990, 7731 Coot Drive, Orlando, Arrested for No DL.

260012484- Alyzza Emanuel, W/F, 10/18/1997, Transient, South Daytona; Arrested for multiple counts of Lewd or Lascivious Battery, Molest (12-16 years of age), and Unlawful use of a Two Communication Device.

VSO received an anonymous tip indicating that D1 was inside the listed location (LOI) and in possession of multiple firearms. The tipster also stated that D1 would not surrender or return to prison. D1's active felony warrants were confirmed, and deputies responded to the residence. Upon arrival, D1 was positively identified outside the LOI before retreating into the residence. Deputies made contact with O1 at the front door. O1 refused to exit the residence and claimed D1 was not present; however, while speaking with deputies, O1 silently mouthed, “Don't do this.” O1 then closed the door and ceased all communication. A perimeter was established, and PA announcements were initiated. The Watch Commander was notified and responded to the scene. After all available patrol-level tactics were exhausted, the on-call ISS Sergeant and the COC were contacted for further direction.  After an extended period of time, both D1 and O1 exited the LOI and surrendered to deputies.

T/L- 06/23/2026.  V1 and D1 are married, living together at the LOI as a family unit.  A verbal altercation turned quasi violent when D1 threw a picture frame and a vase of seashells at him (V1).  Nothing struck V1; however, V1 said he was in fear so D1 was arrested for the applicable offense and taken to VCBJ.
