V1 and D1 have a child in common but do not live together as a family unit.  D1 also apparently has some sort of distain for a mutual associate of both her (D1) and V1.  This dislike for the mutual associate resulted in D1 coming to the LOI (where V1 and the associate were working).  A verbal altercation ensued and D1 punched V1 in the stomach against his (V1's) will.  D1 left the scene prior to LEO arrival and a 707 for the applicable offense was completed.  Deputies later located D1, arrested her via the pass on 707, and she was given a ride to VCBJ.

T/L- 06/10/2026 @ 0924 hours.  V1 and D1 are acquaintances (having a mutual associate in common).  On 06/10/2026, D1 sent V1 a threatening message (via Facebook messenger) saying they (D1) were going to kill V1.  D1 then showed up to the LOI (which was a job site V1 was working on) where a verbal altercation turned physical when D1 punched V1 against their (V1's) will.  D1 subsequently left the LOI prior to LEO arrival.  V1 did not want to press charges for the battery; however, did want to pursue the written threat aspect of the event.  A 707 was completed for the applicable offense and D1 was later located, arrested, and taken to VCBJ.

O1 and O2 are brother and sister. O1 allowed his sister to stay with him for two days and O2 began starting arguments "disturbing his peaceful residence". O1 asked and told his sister to leave several times. O2 said she was calling the cops and O1 fled the scene due to his active warrant. Upon law enforcement arrival O2 alleged O1 grabbed her by the hair and ears. Deputies investigated the incident and determined there was no third-party witness and no evidence of a battery occurring. Deputies were also on scene shortly after the call was.

This was documented for information, and no probable cause was found for an arrest. O1 was later arrested for his open warrant out of Georgia with full extradition.
