V1 and D1 are girlfriend/boyfriend, living in a shed together at the LOI as a family unit.  A verbal altercation turned physical when V1 claims that D1 threw a coffee mug at her (V1) and then wrestled her to the ground.  D1 was arrested for the applicable offense and taken to VCBJ.

V1 is D1's biological mother and the two (2) live together at the LOI as a family unit.  D1 got upset with mom and threw his (D1's) wallet and the TV remote at her (V1).  This deplorable act resulted in D1 being arrested for the applicable offense and taken to VCBJ.

***SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT***

T/L- 04/03/2026 b/w 1140 and 1700 hours.  V1 (who is 67 years old) claims that during a short time frame, three (3) of his (V1's) firearms went missing from the LOI.  There were no signs of forced entry into the home and the neighbor checked on the property three (3) times during the alleged time frame and noticed nothing out of the ordinary.  Oddly, there were other firearms in plain view that were not taken.  V1 did not have any serial numbers to the missing firearms and there are no witnesses (nor any known video) to aid in the investigation.

T/L- 03/25/2026 to 04/01/2026.  V1 and S1 are neighbors who have issues about their animals.  S1 has engaged in a behavior which has brought V1 mental stress and V1 believes was borderline harassment.  Now, V1 has a temporary injunction against S1.  On 04/01/2026, V1 found a tracking device attached to the undercarriage of his (V1's) vehicle.  Deputies contacted S1 who denied anything to do with the device.  The tracking device was collected for processing.
