Time lapse between 12/03/2025 at 2111 hours and 12/04/2025 at 1422 hours. V1 reported she last saw her silver 2009 Jeep Cherokee (FL Tag 7182AU) parked in the driveway of the LOI on 12/03/2025 at approximately 2111 hours. V1, who has two (2) vehicles, did not notice that the Cherokee was not in the driveway when she left for work on the morning of 12/04/2025. The vehicle was entered into the system as stolen and an NC4 bulletin created.

T/L- 12/01/2025.  V1 was at the landfill, dropped his wallet (which contained cash), and later realized this after leaving the LOI. There is video in the area where V1 lost the wallet and it showed S1 picking it up. S1 was contacted by the landfill, and she originally denied being in possession of it. However, after being shown the video, S1 changed her tune and turned over the wallet (which also contained V1's credit cards, but minus any cash that was in it).  Deputies contacted S1 who admitted to having had V1's wallet but denied stealing the money.  Coincidentally, S1 had eight (8) separate halves of $100 dollar bills (the matching halves seem to have conveniently gone missing) within her (S1's) purse.  S1 claimed she had “found” all these halves in the streets of Daytona Beach over the course of months (a non-reasonable answer given the crisp condition of the money).  A 707 was completed for the applicable offense and may possibly be reviewed by the SAO for a potential arrest warrant.

Related to VSO 25-24588.  On 12/01/2025, while in jail, S1 called V1 and tried to convince her to drop the domestic violence case against him.  The call was not threatening and V1 did not express being intimidated or in any kind of fear.  S1 is no longer in jail and attempts to locate him have been met with negative results.  A pass on 707 was completed regarding the applicable offense.

T/L- 12/02/2025.  S1, has a pre-trial release order stating that he is to have no contact with V1. S1 was released from jail on 12/02/2025 and V1 saw him while she (V1) was walking the dog near the LOI. The two crossed paths with S1 saying hello and then continued on his way.  Further investigation revealed S1 had also violated the order by placing 32 calls from VCBJ to V1 since 11/25/2025.  Attempts to locate S1 have been met with negative results and a 707 was completed for the applicable offense.
