V1 and D1 are stepfather & stepson, living together at the LOI as a family unit.  A verbal altercation turned physical when D1 threatened suicide and spit in V1's face. While being arrested for the applicable offense, D1 head-butted a deputy (who was not seriously injured) and earned an additional offense to the 707. D1 was medically cleared and taken to the FRC. Director Quann was advised of the event.

On 03-23-2026 at approximately 2013 hours, a shoplifting was reported by the manager, Dolores Vasquez, at the Dollar General. During the investigation it was determined a black male selected several large containers of laundry soap (Totaling approx. $300), placed them in a cart and exited through a restricted area in the stock room failing to render payment for the items. Case active.

V1 advised she has an active protection order against S1 but he showed up to her residence on the evening of 3/20.  V1 advised S1 pulled her by the hair and placed a knife to the back of her neck which caused bruising.  As V1 was attempting to call 911, S1 ripped the phone from V1's hand and threw the phone on the bed.  Deputies observed redness on V1's scalp and bruising on several portions of V1's body consistent with her statement.  An affidavit was completed and left for the oncoming shift.
