T/L- 02/27/2026.  V1 and S1 have a child in common.  A verbal altercation turned physical when S1 allegedly punched V1 in the face against her (V1's) will.  S1 left the area prior to deputy arrival and attempts to locate him (S1) have been met with negative results.  S1 has a prior conviction for battery, thus making this event a felony.  A pass on 707 was completed for the applicable offense.
