V1 and D1, who are biological brothers, were in a verbal altercation over D1 allegedly being in possession of a firearm.  The altercation turned physical when D1 punched V1 against his will.  D1 was arrested for all applicable offense(s) and taken to the FRC.  Director Quann was contacted and advised of the event.  The firearm D1 had been in possession of was recovered and an NCIC / FCIC check produced negative results.
