Deputies responded to 171 E Cory Dr, Edgewater in reference to an unconscious adult. The caller was 8 years old, and advised that his father was not waking up. Upon arrival, D1 was barely conscious. V1 advised that he gave his father Narcan. D1 admitted to drug use and narcotics paraphernalia was located near him. No other adults were in the residence. D1 was placed under arrest for child neglect and transported to 705. Director Quann was notified. V1 was TOT his grandmother O1. ODTF and EVNTF notified.
