D1 is V1's biological mother.  A verbal altercation turned physical when D1 reached through the open window of V1's vehicle (in which V1 was sitting in the driver's seat) and slapped her (V1) on the face and grabbed her (V1's) arms.  D1 also spit on V1 before V1 was able to drive the vehicle away.  V1 then contacted LEO's and initial attempts to contact D1 were met with negative results.  A 707 was completed for all applicable offense(s) and D1 was located (and arrested) on 03/28/2026.
