V1 and D1 live together as a family unit, related by blood and both share equal ownership of the residence. During an argument, where V1 addressed some issues going on in the house, D1 walked inside and said, “I will burn this bitch down” and then lit a paper bag and cardboard on fire in the living room setting it on the carpet to catch the trailer on fire. The victim went into the living room and stomped the fire out and notified law-enforcement. Also, in the residence is the longtime girlfriend of D1 who lives with him as a family unit making her a second victim of the occupied arson.

V1 reports that a paddle board kept in an open grass field near the water in his community was taken. V1 advised that he uses the board every morning and evening, and it was observed in its usual location at approximately 2100 hours. The exact time of theft is unknown, but upon his arrival at 0800 hours, the board was missing. V1 did not have the brand, make, model, or serial number of the paddle board. He described it as a teak and teal hard board valued at approximately $1,500. A check of nearby surveillance cameras and a neighborhood canvas yielded no leads. Surveillance cameras and neighborhood canvas in the area provided no leads.
