V1 is a 21-year-old male who works at the landfill.  S1 also works at the landfill.  V1 claims that on 04/16/2026, S1 poked V1 on the butt (over the clothes) with one (1) finger.  There are no independent witnesses and no known video surveillance to corroborate this having occurred. V1 wants to pursue charges. Case active.

V1 and D1 are biological siblings, living together at the LOI as a family unit.  A verbal altercation turned physical when D1 grabbed a spoon, hit V1 with it, and then she (D1) bit V1 on his left shin.  D1 was arrested for the applicable offense and taken to VCBJ.

T/L- 05/23/2026.  V1, who is 15 years old, advised that she (V1) was at a party at the LOI on 05/23/2026.  V1 subsequently befriended S1 (who is 17 years old) and the two engaged in a form of consensual sexual relations.  S1 wanted to take the sexual activity a step further, which V1 would not consent to.  S1 disregarded V1's wishes and forced himself (S1) upon her (V1) anyway.  On 05/27, V1 told their mother about the event, and they responded to a local hospital where the incident was reported to law enforcement.  The Eastside Detective Unit responded to aid in the investigation, collected V1's cell phone, and obtained the clothing V1 had worn at the time of the event.  A detective also responded to the LOI and processed that scene as well.  A SART exam was not completed at the hospital and V1 is scheduled for a CPT interview on 05/29.

V1, who is 12 years old, was riding his bicycle around the Spruce Creek Clubhouse. V1 subsequently became tired and decided to take a break near the tennis court. This caught the attention of D1, who is 69 years old, and D1 began staring at V1 and making an odd facial expression.  V1 noticed D1 staring, and responded by giving D1 the middle finger. D1 approached V1 and pushed him.  D1 then took V1's bicycle (worth about $300), loaded it up in his vehicle and drove away. V1 subsequently called his grandfather who responded to the LOI.  On his way to the LOI, the grandfather spotted D1 driving with V1's bicycle. This resulted in a brief verbal altercation before D1 finally gave back V1's property.  Deputies later contacted D1 who was arrested for child abuse and petit theft and transported to VCBJ. V1 did not sustain any significant injury, and Director Quann was advised of the event.
