V1 and D1 were in a verbal altercation over the disciplining of their shared child. V1 took her phone out to record the incident when D1 grabbed it from her, striking her hand. D1 was taken into custody without incident. Due to minor children being present, a copy of the report was sent to DCF.

V1 and D1 live together as roommates.  D1 confronted V1 about recording D1 with a cell phone, which occurred in the common areas of the residence. 

D1 became upset, knocking V1's cell phone out of her hand and striking her in the chest.  V1 was not injured and did not require medical treatment.  D1 was arrested for the applicable offense and taken to VCBJ.

D1 initiated a verbal altercation with the victims (who are D1's neighbors). D1 continued to escalate the situation when he produced a Leatherman tool (with the knife blade attachment displayed) and threatened the victims.

No one was injured. D1 was subsequently arrested for the applicable offense and transported to VCBJ.

D1 was seen on video surveillance spraying a gloss protective enamel on V1's front porch and walkway, making the walking surface extremely slippery and could easily cause an individual to fall.

The front porch area was covered by an affixed portion of the roof.  An estimate to remove the enamel was approximately $700.

D1 also placed a threatening letter and items to V2 inside of V1's mailbox.  Those items placed V2 in fear of harm.  D1 was located a short distance away, taken into custody and transported to jail.
