Deputies responded to multiple school threat-related calls regarding Heritage Middle School (Ref VSO Cases: 240020213, 240020224, 240020241). Investigations thus far revealed that D1 and D2 posted separate threats on social media. A thorough investigation was completed, resulting in D1 and D2 being located, interviewed, and ultimately admitting to the offenses. S1 was found to have been in possession of a firearm at a separate time; however, he did not make any threats. At the conclusion of the investigation, D1 and D2 were arrested and charged with Written Threats to Kill. A charging affidavit was filed against S1 regarding a minor in possession of a firearm.

V1 and D1 were in a verbal altercation, during which V1 began packing personal belongings to leave the house. D1 took hold of V1's arm and pulled her into a bedroom, closing the door behind him.

D1 then moved a couch in front of the door to keep V1 from leaving the room. When V1 moved to another door in the room, D1 pushed her into a corner and would not let her move from there.

V1 was able to contact law enforcement via her Apple watch and D1 attempted to keep her from speaking through the watch by hugging her, trapping her arms against her body.

V1 displayed minor scratches and redness, which did not require medical attention. D1 refused to speak with deputies about the incident, other than to voice his displeasure about his fiancé's recent social media activity.

D1 was taken into custody and charged accordingly. Director Quann and DCF were notified due to the presence of children who were not involved in the incident.

D1 then left the scene but was later apprehended by deputies. V1 had injuries consistent with her account. D1 was also on active felony probation, which was violated.

V1 and D1, girlfriend and boyfriend who reside together, were in a verbal altercation when D1 threw a large plastic letter toward V1.

D1 advised he did not mean to throw it at her but caused her to become more upset. She attempted to walk away and back into the residence while D1 blocked her path.

D1 then took hold of a pool cue which he subsequently struck V1 in the leg with, also advising it was inadvertent. This action caused minor injury to V1's leg. D1 was taken into custody and charged accordingly.

Director Quann and DCF were notified due to the presence of children who were not involved in the incident.

Deputies responded to a call that began about a juvenile from Sunrise Elementary who texted another student, saying he wants to bring a gun to school tomorrow and commit suicide.

During the investigation, it was found V1 made mentally ill statements in a group-chat on his cell phone. His parents showed deputies the phone which did have suicidal statements but no mention of bringing a firearm to the school. V1 was taken into custody under the Baker Act and Director Quann was notified of the incident.
